Here some pics of my refurbished 18" BBS RS wheels...
At my work we're using a degreaser (Truckcleaner) to clean engines and alloys but i was forgotten that my wheels were polished...and big disaster happened
It's a cleaner with acids...
But now they are like new again for 90€...

| I had polished lip alloys before but the water can get under the laquer and spoils them in no time , apart from that id have another set . |

| My BBS LM reps need re-furbing soon, ma going to leave the lips unlaquered and just use autosol to keep it polished |

| Sounds good though you have to keep on top of the polishing ..fine in summer not much fun in winter unless you have a set of winter alloys. |

I've done the same to my style 101's. Unlaquered finish. Not planning to mount them till marh/april next year. Don't want the salt to corrode them over the winter.

| Oh dear, we'll be working fingers to the bone. I think i'll wait till the summer now to mount them. I've coated them with meguiers MXT polish and top coat of autoglym wax |
