Hi Simon,

Thanks again for yesterday. Extremely happy with my remapped E60 530d Sport.

Did some time tests today on the back road coming home from work;

Before
0 - 60 = 7.1 secs
60 -100 = 8.9 secs

After
0 - 60 = 6.2 secs
60 - 100 = 7.7 secs

The motor pulls and pulls and pulls.........and pulls. I really can't express how much the remap has transfered the way the car drives and definatley recommend to anyone thinking of a remap to get in touch with Simon @ E-maps.

Dominic

Is your car a manual or automatic? If automatic has it made any difference to how the car shifts through the gears?

Regards

Laughing

And trust me nothing is better than picking up that black pump and finding the previous person has overflowed their tank and covered the thing in nasty smelly diesel, which seems to linger around for hours!

how much did this map cost?

ive seen some electronic units on ebay which seem to offer the same thing for around £90 are these to be avoided at all costs?

think a nice torque surge would help me burn off some petrols on my upcoming track day

Deffo agree!

A plug and play box is a pretty standard affair and one size does not fit all.

With Simon, you get a personal service, and for that, (and the peace of mind of a full guaranteed service and back up) it is worth paying the extra, IMHO .... T
