I enquired about a spare key for mine at the dealer (yes you need to go to a dealer) and cost was about Â£90 if memory serves correctly, you will also need to prduce your V5 document and another form of ID at the time of ordering (and pay in advance, at my dealer anyway).

Yes, main dealer only at around Â£100.
You will need V5 (logbook) and second proof of address. (I used my licence)
Key normally takes a 1-2 days to arrive then needs programming to your car via the other key.
(There's some instructions somewhere on the forum, I think)
The dealer did mine for me at the time of collection
